Hi there! I’m Shifat, and welcome to Probashi-Footballers.com—a passion project built for the future of Bangladeshi football.
My journey started in Canada, where I watched the men's national team rise from an 8-1 heartbreak against Honduras, all the way to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. That miracle run proved one thing: dual-national recruitment changes the game.
Inspired by Canucks Abroad (a fan-run site that tracked Canadian players worldwide), I looked at my homeland. With a massive global diaspora and trailblazers like Hamza Choudhury and Shamit Shome paving the way, it's clear Bangladesh needs its own centralized database to map our talent.
Launched in August 2025 with just a handful of listings, this site has grown to track hundreds of players thanks to an incredible community of fans. Together, we are bridging the gap between global talent and national pride—helping elevate Bangladeshi football to new heights.
